Ambika is a seasoned professional in the field of Commerce, holding a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a post-baccalaureate diploma in Supply Chain Management. With more than three years of dedicated experience in Supply Chain Management, Ambika has demonstrated a profound understanding of the complexities and challenges of this dynamic industry.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ambika contributed to the retail sector, where she worked in the customer experience field. This experience not only sharpened her customer service skills but also affirmed her preference for fast-paced, multitasking environments. It was this realization that led her to embark on a new journey with Catalyst as a Customer Service Experience Specialist.
Outside her professional life, Ambika’s love for nature shines through her passion for hiking and exploring various trails. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge by occasionally teaching driving.
