Customer Care Specialist
Molly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, NS. Before joining Catalyst, she spent several years in the food and beverage industry across Nova Scotia.
Though a newcomer to the electrical industry, Molly brings significant customer service experience to this position for Catalyst and is excited to build and expand upon internal processes as well as enhance customer satisfaction through inquiry resolution. She looks forward to everything the industry has to offer and hopes to foster meaningful relationships with Catalyst’s customer base.
As a seasonal resident of Cape Breton, NS, Molly spends her time visiting family on the island and taking in the beautiful nature it has to offer. She loves to see friends and is always interested to try new restaurants and food wherever she travels.
