Molly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, NS. Before joining Catalyst, she spent several years in the food and beverage industry across Nova Scotia.

Starting in Customer Service, Molly quickly excelled, expanding upon internal processes as well as enhancing customer satisfaction through inquiry resolution. She takes her knowledge of our business to a new level by stepping into an Operations role. Focused on Catalyst’s day-to-day operations, Molly is responsible for our accounting, purchasing, forecasting, planning, project management, onboarding and all things needed to ensure our team is able to stay focused on sales.

As a seasonal resident of Cape Breton, NS, Molly spends her time visiting family on the island and taking in the beautiful nature it has to offer. She loves to see friends and is always interested to try new restaurants and food wherever she travels.
