Meet Ashley! Our most recent addition to the Catalyst team. Ashley studied at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, where she completed a double major in Marketing and Management. She joins Catalyst as a Customer Experience Specialist, bringing a customer-first mindset to enhancing client relationships and supporting sales and marketing initiatives that drive results.

Originally from Ontario, Ashley relocated to Halifax to play hockey at Saint Mary’s, building on a lifelong involvement in the sport. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new recipes, staying active outdoors through hiking, and discovering the scenic landscapes of Atlantic Canada, while continually seeking opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
