Customer Experience Specialist

Meet Bronte! Our most recent addition to the Catalyst team. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Bronte brings a unique blend of technical knowledge, customer service expertise, and hands-on industry experience. With a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Engineering from Saint Mary’s University, she approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset and focuses on delivering clear, effective solutions. 

Before joining Catalyst, Bronte worked as a Promotional Assistant for Australia’s largest radio station, where she gained hands-on experience in fast-paced environments and developed a natural ability to connect with people. In her new role as Customer Experience Specialist, Bronte will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, making sure questions are answered and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. She’ll provide clear, knowledgeable support across our product lines, assist with troubleshooting, and recommend the best solutions to ensure every customer walks away confident in their choices — and ready to keep projects moving.

Outside of work, Bronte enjoys discovering new places to eat, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends, bringing that same sense of curiosity and positivity into everything she does.
