Account Executive, Design – NS

Molly joined the Catalyst team in 2021 as our Customer Service Representative. She quickly excelled in the role, expanding upon internal processes and enhancing customer satisfaction through inquiry resolution. She then took her knowledge of our business to a new level by stepping into an Operations role. Focused on Catalyst’s day-to-day operations, Molly was responsible for our accounting, purchasing, forecasting, planning, project management, onboarding, and all things needed to ensure our team could stay focused on sales. Now, as a new mom, Molly is back and ready to tackle her latest challenge as Account Executive, Design for Nova Scotia. She’ll use her extensive knowledge of our product lines, coupled with her operational expertise, to better assist our customers by providing tailored solutions and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, NS. As a seasonal resident of Cape Breton, NS, Molly spends her time visiting family on the island and taking in the beautiful nature it has to offer. She loves to see friends and is always interested to try new restaurants and food wherever she travels.
